Second successive warehouse award expands HTC’s US$3.1 million industrial development program at South Aqaba Investment Complex to two turnkey logistics facilities.

Hasan Al-Tarawneh & Sons Contracting Co. Ltd. (HTC Contracting) has been awarded the second industrial warehouse facility at the South Aqaba Investment Complex, continuing the company’s US$3.1 million warehouse development program for the National Real Estate Company (NREC).
The new award follows HTC’s first warehouse package launched in 2025 and expands the program to two turnkey industrial and logistics facilities within the same development.
The successive award reflects the continuation of HTC’s role in delivering integrated warehouse infrastructure in Aqaba and further strengthens the company’s growing portfolio in industrial, logistics and turnkey building construction.
Second Successive Warehouse Facility
The 2026 award extends the established warehouse development model with a second industrial facility designed to support storage, logistics and operational activities.
The new warehouse incorporates reinforced concrete foundations, an industrial ground slab, a large-span structural steel frame, complete building envelope systems and supporting external infrastructure.
The facility will be delivered as a complete industrial asset integrating the principal structural, architectural and building-services systems required for operational use.
Integrated Turnkey Delivery
HTC’s scope brings together civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and infrastructure works within a coordinated turnkey package.
The project includes earthworks and site preparation, reinforced concrete construction, steel structure erection, electrical and lighting systems, mechanical services, ventilation, drainage, potable water systems and integrated fire protection infrastructure.
External asphalt yards and circulation areas will support vehicle movement, loading access and logistics operations around the completed facility.
Expanding a US$3.1 Million Warehouse Program
With the second warehouse award, HTC’s development at the South Aqaba Investment Complex expands to a two-facility industrial warehouse program valued at US$3.1 million.
The continuation from the first warehouse in 2025 to the second facility in 2026 demonstrates HTC’s ability to deliver repeat industrial construction packages while maintaining consistency across structural systems, MEP integration, fire protection, external infrastructure and operational requirements.
The program provides a stronger reference for HTC than either warehouse in isolation, demonstrating continued delivery across a coordinated industrial development.
Strengthening HTC’s Industrial & Logistics Portfolio
The second award further strengthens HTC’s experience in industrial warehouses, logistics facilities, turnkey construction, structural steel, reinforced concrete, MEP systems, fire protection and external infrastructure.
Together, the two warehouse facilities expand HTC’s portfolio of operational industrial assets in Aqaba and demonstrate the company’s ability to deliver integrated developments combining building construction with the infrastructure required for logistics operations.
